Food in Israel - The melting pot of the WORLD!

I can’t stress enough how wonderful the food in Israel is. The dairy products are the best I’ve tasted in the world and the cuisine is simply out of this world.
Before getting into too much detail, let me share a dessert I saw in a Japanese restaurant:
